COMPATIBLE WITH TB60/SB60 BOOMs
All components of the DPU have been manufactured using a proprietary alloy developed by MASPRO for the purpose of a high fatigue stress bolting environment. The geometry of the components have been designed using industry leading Computer Aided Engineering and Manufacturing to give repeatable, industry leading performance for the bolting application.MASPRO engineered DPU's have helped customers extend the life of their components by 4 times.
Enhanced Structural Resilience
Our redesign of the DPU for the Bolting Cradle Assembly is characterised by a meticulous approach to enhance both structural integrity and operational efficiency. To mitigate bending movement and bolster strength, additional material was strategically integrated into the design. Sharp edges underwent a radius increase to curb fatigue crack propagation, a common issue in OEM designs.
Improved Reliability
The enlargement of the contact surface area optimized performance across various extremities, catering to diverse operational needs. These improvements ensure a robust and reliable DPU design capable of enduring demanding and rigorous operational conditions.
