Reginald is a Robo2Go Turning machine and specialises in flexible small to medium workpiece handling.
PATRICK AND CLEOPATRA
Patrick and Cleopatra are Agile Flex 35D automated CNC machine loaders. They store steel blanks ready for batch production, automatically loading them in sync with the machining software. This removes the need for manual handling and eliminates the risk of repetitive stress injury,allowing our machinists to focus on more complex roles such as programming intricate machining patterns.
YODA
Yoda is a 6 Axis Robot that uses proven FANUC technology and a highly sensitive sensor built into his base. Yoda is extremely reliable but also an incredibly safe high-performer who can work with or alongside humans on a range of industrial applications such as handling, machine tending, inspection and logistics.
BERTHA
Bertha is an X-Wing Welding Positioner that uses a Fanuc Robotic Arm to make complex processes much more efficient. By automating part of the process.
Bertha allows our machinists to load and unload parts- without significant disruption to welding workflows.
Bertha is also self-cleaning and self-correcting and eliminates common welding challenges.
