- Leverage mining industry insights, customer feedback, and competitor research to shape messaging, product positioning, and go-to-market strategies.
- Lead the development and execution of an international marketing strategy to support our global growth. Assess international market potential, target customer segments, and develop entry strategies, and oversee the implementation of selected approaches, such as direct and indirect exports, joint ventures, or product licensing, to enhance global presence and competitiveness.
- Build and lead the marketing team to ensure a high-performance, creative, and collaborative culture.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Engineering, Operations and People & Culture to align marketing campaigns with business needs.
This is what you’ll need to do it:
- Demonstrated success in building and executing integrated marketing strategies that drive growth and market positioning.
- Experience managing teams, agencies, and budgets.
- Experience working in or with technical product-based companies preferred.
- At least 8 years of experience in a senior B2B marketing role, preferably within mining, manufacturing, or industrial sectors.
